Letter to Government Authorities Of Nepal.

Subject: Proposal for Simplifying Business Establishment Processes

Dear Government Authorities,

I hope this message finds you well. As the owner of Trishakti Apparel, I am writing to share my journey of overcoming obstacles to establish my business and to propose a solution that addresses similar challenges faced by aspiring entrepreneurs in our country.

My journey began with a dream instilled by my father to establish a garment manufacturing unit in Nepal. Despite facing numerous challenges and setbacks, including regulatory barriers and the allure of better prospects abroad, I remained committed to realizing this vision.

One of the key challenges I encountered was the mandatory requirement for obtaining signatures from neighboring residents for business establishment. This requirement posed a significant barrier for many aspiring entrepreneurs, including myself, as it often led to delays and complications in the approval process.

However, through perseverance and determination, I navigated through these challenges and successfully established Trishakti Apparel. Our company has since achieved remarkable success, with transactions totaling 30 million, equivalent to 220 thousand US dollars, and employing over 100 individuals, both directly and indirectly.

Reflecting on my journey, I am convinced that there is a pressing need to streamline the business establishment processes in our country. As an entrepreneur who has experienced firsthand the challenges of navigating regulatory hurdles, I am well-positioned to offer insights and recommendations for improvement.

I propose the implementation of a simplified and transparent business establishment process, guided by principles of efficiency and accountability. This process should include the establishment of a dedicated task force tasked with reviewing and streamlining regulatory requirements, particularly those that hinder entrepreneurship and economic growth.

Furthermore, I suggest the introduction of a comprehensive survey and analysis mechanism, as mentioned in my previous communication, to assess the potential impact of proposed businesses on the local community and environment. This mechanism will ensure that only non-harmful, non-pollutive, and non-noisy industries receive permission to operate, thereby striking a balance between economic development and environmental sustainability.

By simplifying the business establishment processes and creating a conducive environment for entrepreneurship, the government can unlock the full potential of our nation's economy and create opportunities for growth and prosperity for all.

Thank you for considering my proposal. I am confident that by working together, we can overcome regulatory barriers and create a brighter future for our country.

Sincerely,

Santosh Rijal

Owner, Trishakti Apparel
