Tell us where to send it and which three products you want.

Within one working day we email you how to pay: a card payment link, PayPal, Wise or Payoneer, or our bank details for a transfer.

Feel it first

Your kit ships by express courier; it usually arrives 3–7 days after dispatch.

Place your first bulk order and the kit price comes off your invoice.

Dispatched within 7–10 working days of payment. DHL Express or FedEx — usually 3–7 days to Europe, the UK, North America, Japan and Australia.

Want samples made to your own tech pack instead? Request a quote — sampling takes 7–14 days.

Is the kit price refunded?

It isn’t refunded on its own, but the full US$79 is credited against your first bulk order with us — so if you order, the kit was free.

Are the samples made to my own design?

No — the kit shows our standard production: our fabrics, stitching, trims and finish. Samples made to your tech pack take 7–14 days and are quoted separately; the kit helps you decide before that step.

Will I pay import duty or VAT on the kit?

Trade samples usually clear simply, but your country may charge import VAT or a courier handling fee on arrival. We declare the kit accurately as commercial samples.

Which countries do you send kits to?

Anywhere DHL Express or FedEx delivers — including the EU, UK, USA, Canada, Japan and Australia.

Is the sample kit for shops in Nepal too?

No. The sample kit and its terms are for export buyers. Shops in Nepal buying stock for resale can ask for current wholesale prices on our Nepal wholesale page instead (minimum 500 pieces per order).

How do I pay?

There’s no payment on this page. Within one working day we email you how to pay, your choice of a card payment link, PayPal, Wise or Payoneer, or our bank details for a transfer, and ship once it’s paid.
