Factory visits for students
We open our factory in Gaindakot to students, to show what young people can build here in Nepal. School and college groups, and individual students with a clear reason, can ask to visit.
Why we do this
Good jobs and good products can be made in Nepal. We want students to see it for themselves: how an idea becomes a garment, and the work behind it, from design and patterns to production, quality and export. We hope some of you will build something of your own here one day.
What you will see
- From design to patternHow a garment is planned and how patterns are made on CAD before any fabric is cut.
- Cutting and sewingThe cutting room and the sewing lines, where garments are made piece by piece.
- QualityHow fabric and garments are checked before they leave the factory.
- The peopleAbout eight in ten of the team are women, all from the area. Hear how they built their skills.
Who can ask
- Visits are for students only
- We read every request, and we may not be able to accept all of them.
- School or college groups
- Attach a request letter on your school or college letterhead, signed and stamped, with the number of students and the teacher in charge.
- Individual students
- Tell us what you are studying now, what you plan to do, and why you want to visit.

- Gaida Chowk, Ward-6, Gaindakot, Nawalparasi (East), near the Mahendra Highway.

- On working days, Sunday–Friday. If we can host you, we call you to agree the date and time.
